Shipping and returns

How soon will my order be delivered?

Orders in Latvia are delivered within 2-3 working days by parcel post or within 1 working day by courier after payment of the invoice. Delivery outside of Latvia can take up to 10 working days.

What is the return process?

Items can be returned free of charge using the https://atgriesana.omniva.lv/ platform. You must enter our store name and we will handle the return.

What if I have questions about my order?

We guarantee 100% quality plating and details. If you find a defect, please contact us immediately.

Can I change the purchased product?

How can I get a discount?

For all purchases over 50 EUR, by entering the code DIMANTU20, we will apply a 20% discount. You can find other promotions and discounts in our email newsletter and Instagram account @saujadimantu.

What materials are used to make your jewelry?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and brass-copper alloy, which are gold-plated with four types of gold - rose gold, yellow gold, mixed gold and white gold.

Gift cards

Are gift cards available?

Yes, we offer both electronic and physical gift cards. Physical cards can be sent to the parcel you specify. Please contact us if you would like an individual gift card amount.
